The USAID/HI/World Education Reading for All program is a collaborative initiative aimed at improving early grade reading outcomes for children with disabilities in Nepal. Supported by USAID and implemented by Handicap International (HI) and World Education, this three-year program focuses on enhancing the institutional capacity of the Government of Nepal to deliver disability-inclusive education. The program’s objectives include improving data quality on children with disabilities, enhancing technical capacity for quality reading instruction, and piloting inclusive reading models that can be scaled up. By addressing the specific needs of children with disabilities, the program strives to ensure that all children have access to quality education and the opportunity to thrive academically
